Hello & Welcome
I'm so glad you're here!
Hi, I'm Nicole Henriksen, a nonprofit development professional passionate about helping mission-driven organizations grow their impact. Through grant writing, fundraising support, donor engagement, and development operations, I help nonprofits build the resources and systems they need to thrive.
I believe every organization has a unique story worth sharing and that strong fundraising is about more than securing funding, it's about building meaningful relationships, creating sustainable systems, and advancing a mission that matters.
Whether you need support with grants, donor management, fundraising initiatives, or development strategy, I'm here to be a trusted partner in your organization's growth. Let's build something meaningful together.
About Me
I’m passionate about helping nonprofits grow their impact and build the resources they need to serve their communities. With a Master’s in Social Work and more than five years of experience in nonprofit leadership, development, and program management, I bring a unique understanding of both mission-driven work and the fundraising strategies that make it possible.
Over the years, I’ve helped secure more than $415,000 in funding with a 95% success rate, supporting organizations focused on mental health, housing, addiction recovery, and community development. My experience spans grant writing, donor stewardship, fundraising operations, sponsorship development, and development systems, allowing me to support nonprofits at every stage of their fundraising journey.
Before transitioning into development work, I managed supportive housing programs and supervised frontline teams, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges nonprofits face and the impact they create every day. That perspective informs everything I do, from developing fundraising strategies to communicating your organization's story to funders, donors, and community partners.
Whether you need support with grants, donor management, fundraising initiatives, or development operations, my goal is simple: to help your organization build sustainable resources so you can focus on advancing your mission.
Let's work together to strengthen your fundraising efforts and expand your impact.
